The farmland REIT has bought farmland in Nebraska and Colorado for a combination of cash, REIT shares and limited partnership units.

Arcadia Biosciences, which wants to list on Nasdaq, is backed by BASF Venture Capital, Mandala Capital, CMEA Ventures and Saints Capital among others.
