A global comparison

The opportunities and risks associated with farmland investing across the world vary, according to Mintridge International.

Mintridge International, the UK-based farmland asset management and property firm, has produced a global analysis of farmland investment by offering facts, figures and opinion about the potential for investment into 31 countries.

The paper aims to provide a global comparison between direct farmland investments in the main regions and countries of interest in terms of land quality, availability, economics and risk factors.

The regions explored include Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australasia and Asia.
