Goodman confirms A$30m commitment

The independent firm has confirmed its first agriculture commitment.

Goodman Group has approved a A$30 million commitment to Wyuna Regenerative Agriculture Investment Fund, according to a press release. By investing into the fund, Goodman will get exposure to a farmland portfolio.

Goodman is an integrated property group that owns, develops and manages industrial property and business space globally. It invests in business parks, office parks, industrial estates and warehouse and distribution centres. Its recent fund commitments strategy has been predominantly focused on Asia-Pacific agtech vehicles.
