The private farmland real estate investment trust is set to announce plans for an IPO in two weeks.

Arcadia Biosciences, which wants to list on Nasdaq, is backed by BASF Venture Capital, Mandala Capital, CMEA Ventures and Saints Capital among others.
The sustainable investment specialist is predicting a 17% growth rate in the US precision agri market.
